All delegate fees are subject to French VAT at xx%. Accompanying persons (Spouse/Non-Business Guest Registration). A fee is payable for persons who are accompanying delegates to ELBC. This will cover lunches and evening social events, but not attendance at Conference sessions or the exhibition.
Cancellation
If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat. The following refund conditions will apply:

Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed in writing.
